I'm truly impressed by Liberty Restoration Group's exceptional care and dedication. Brendan, the owner, went above and beyond by covering exposed areas even before we even hired them. Their crew worked efficiently and left the site spotless, with Brendan overseeing everything. After completion, he conducted a thorough inspection and sent us pictures. Brendan and co. were professional, prompt and diligent. They communicated well and managed my expectations throughout the project. As of now, I haven't experienced any leaks amidst the heavy rains we've had lately. And the price was competitive.

I needed new gutters and gutter guards because mine were old, too small, and would get filled up every two weeks in the fall because of the trees I have in my yard. Brendan from Liberty Restoration Group came out and gave me a quote that was affordable and easy to understand. He was very personable and set expectations clearly. His crews were available to meet my timing needs and were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. At the end check out was seamless and provided many different modern options to pay. After some severe storms rolled through,  we experienced a few leaks. Brendan was able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly, as well as spot a potential problem area that would need some work sooner rather than later. Since we’re renting, he was also able to navigate the process of submitting the quote to the rental company for their approval. When it seems like other craftsmen just see problems as dollar signs, it’s great to find one that is skilled, personable, and takes the time address your concerns. I was looking for a roofer and found Brenden's name online and I'm glad I did. I called him in the morning and he was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. He came out and was extremely professional and a genuinely nice person. My job was a small quick fix so Brenden was able to fix it on the spot and patch a small leak in my roof which was great since we're supposed to have a massive rain storm tomorrow. I can't recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, his demeanor and reasonable pricing. This company is very well-organized, competent, efficient & does high quality work! The materials arrived the day before with zero shortage for the job. The crew arrived early & covered my decks & landscaping, moved / protected my landscape lights, deck furniture & decor. They were so careful! The roof was stripped down to bare wood, inspected and new roofing installed overtop of a rain, snow & ice shield. The overlap of shingles was generous, with attention to doing it right not minimizing materials. I was shown before & after pics of issues. Plywood was raised to find the root cause (builder installation) of some irregularities, issues fixed that were left from the builder & old roof repairs. They installed new flashing, boots, cap, & a cricket for water diversion around the chimney, even coming into my attic to fix a leaning pipe. The business owner came several times during the job to inspect work & discuss issues with the foreman. An unexpected bonus with this Integrity Roof System is how quiet it is during a major storm. I am so impressed with the pure end-to-end quality of this company, team & roof system! Needless to say, highly recommend. (Apologies for the length of this review.)
